Payment, Refund & Return Policy – Sunbuy Renewables Limited

At Sunbuy Renewables Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”), customer transparency and fair service practices are our top priorities. This Payment, Refund & Return Policy outlines how payments and refunds are processed for services purchased through the Sunbuy App.

1. Payments
• All payments for services, including Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans and other service packages offered on the Sunbuy App, are payable in advance.
• Payments are collected only for the services that customers choose to subscribe to.
• We do not collect any hidden charges or additional fees beyond what is clearly displayed during the purchase.
• Taxes and government levies (if applicable) will be charged as per statutory requirements.

2. Service Delivery 

• Services under AMC plans are delivered over a fixed duration (typically 1 year) or as per the terms and scope defined at the time of purchase.

• Service coverage, features, and any limitations will be communicated on the Sunbuy App prior to purchase.

3. Refund Policy 

• No refunds will be provided once services have been initiated, partially rendered, or fully completed. 

• Advance payments for AMC or similar plans are non-refundable, as resources and scheduling for service delivery are allocated immediately upon subscription. 

• Customers are encouraged to carefully review service details prior to making a payment. 

• Refunds may only be considered under specific circumstances such as: 

• Duplicate transactions due to technical error or Non-provision of service due to reasons solely attributable to Sunbuy Renewables Limited
(Subject to review and processing timelines) For any approved refund, the amount will be returned using the same payment method originally used.

4. Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellation requests for AMC or service plans may be submitted through Sunbuy
App customer support. 

• If cancellation is approved before service initiation, refunds (if any) will be processed
at the company’s sole discretion and may be subject to applicable deductions.
• No cancellation is allowed once the service has commenced.

5. Return Policy 

• As the services offered are intangible and performance-based, returns are not applicable.

• Consumables or replacement parts (if provided as part of service) follow their own manufacturer-specific policies.
